According to Vulture, the book is described as a “sensitive portrait of a girl who well-understands her extraordinary privilege, yet finds it doesn’t protect her from the foibles of her own genetic makeup, existential crises, and the confusion of growing up female at the epicenter of 21st century American pop-culture and the rise of social media.”
The daughter of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” star Larry David, told website in a statement, “No one asked to be born into this world and those people certainly did not ask for this book, but here we are.”
Cazzie, 24, split from Pete Davidson in May just days before news broke he was dating Ariana Grande.
At the time, she posted an Instagram of herself on vacation, writing, “Been in Africa, what’d I miss??”
No word if her former relationship with Davidson will be addressed in the book, which will be published by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
