The newest incident related to Michelle’s health decree is coming from Oklahoma, where parents are beyond ticked. According to Fox 23:
[S]ome parents in Green Country say their kids are going hungry. Viewers sent photos of the lunches they said are being served at Haskell High School.Needless to say, students are upset as well. High school senior Darrel Bunch explains, “It’s mostly the portions.” He further added, “Last year we started getting less food.” Parents are saying its only gotten worse from there.
Cheryl Bunch, the senior’s mother, said, “Last year, my boys started calling me, ‘Can you please bring me something to eat?’ ‘We’re still hungry,’ or, ‘This is gross.’” Another mother, Jerilyn Shearer, sarcastically asked, “A bread stick and a thing of marinara sauce? You call that a lunch?”
Of course, this is only a small portion of what is going on nationwide on account of Michelle Obama, as she and her family continue to stuff their faces with whatever they please. As children have better functioning and varying metabolisms, you’d think the big wigs in Washington would have taken this into account when deciding exactly how much to give to school kids.
When a large percentage of Americans are consistently complaining that they’re actually going hungry, it’s time to make a change. Then again, this common sense doesn’t seem to apply with the Obamas as their pride matters more than the well-being of Americans – heck, just take Obamacare for example. It’s yet to be repealed despite the damage it’s done.
