We’re told that Wentworth — comedian and wife of the longtime ABC newsman — took their daughter to the Good+ Foundation gala Wednesday night.
Wentworth was still lingering on the red carpet when gala staff began ushering guests to their seats.
A spy said that when Wentworth stopped to talk to an ABC News reporter regardless, her daughter tried to hurry her along.
We’re told Wentworth faux-scolded the kid, yelling, “This is ABC! They pay for your clothes!”
