Crown will tell the story of how Elizabeth (Wolf Hall's Claire Foy) came
to adopt the throne in 1952 and forged a working relationship with Sir
Winston Churchill at the time. The events depicted in season will
reportedly focus on milestones such as her wedding day in 1947, right up
to present day.
