There’s little question as to why so many people are getting
behind Donald Trump for president in 2016, and a recent poll helps to
confirm what many have suspected. The vast majority of the country just
sent Barack Obama an angry message, and we can take comfort knowing that
Trump is likely sitting at his campaign headquarters with an ear-to-ear
 grin.
You see, The Donald has taken a very strong stance on
multiple issues, which has swayed Americans in his favor, but his
strongest comes on immigration. In fact, since he started his campaign,
the focus of his message has been greatly reducing, if not completely
stopping, the hemorrhaging of illegals over our Southern border, and
America agrees.
Recent polling data from Rasmussen
shows America sending a strong message to King Barry over illegal
immigration and amnesty, and it’s something we can all be happy about.
Over 80 percent of the country is seriously concerned about illegals and
believe that more has to be done to secure the border.
From the report:Voters remain seriously worried about illegal immigration and still think stricter border control is the best way to stop it. But slightly fewer voters believe providing a pathway to citizenship will encourage more illegal immigrants to come.A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 80% of Likely U.S. Voters regard illegal immigration as a serious problem in America today, with 50% who describe it as a Very Serious one. Twenty percent (20%) don’t consider illegal immigration a serious problem, but that includes only five percent (5%) who say it’s Not At All Serious. These attitudes have changed little since the first of the year.
Yeah, that’s something we can all celebrate. However, what’s
too bad is that you probably won’t see this too widely reported since
the political establishment, who wants blanket amnesty, doesn’t want it
getting out that they don’t have the support for it because they’re
trying to usher in Democrat voters for generations to come.
We can take comfort in knowing that at least one candidate –
Trump – is standing with the majority of people, and if elected, has
promised to build a strong wall across the entire border. Now that’s
change we can believe in!
